Some engagement sessions just feel easy, and this was definitely one of them.

From the moment we met Liz and Zach, it felt like we had known them for much longer than just a consultation call. There was an instant comfort level that made every conversation, every laugh, and every moment together feel completely natural. In fact, they made us so comfortable that we found ourselves being more like our real selves than photographers trying to make a great first impression.

That comfort and trust showed up in every part of their session. The smiles were real. The laughs were genuine. The way they interacted with each other wasn't something we had to create or force. It was already there. Our job simply became creating the space for it to happen.

One of the things we care about most is helping our couples see themselves in their photos. Not a version of themselves that feels overly posed or unfamiliar, but the version that their friends, family, and each other know and love. Hearing Liz and Zach tell us that they saw themselves in these images was one of the biggest compliments we could receive.

We're so grateful for the trust they put in us, and after spending this time together, we're even more excited for their wedding day. We absolutely can't wait to celebrate with them again.
