We couldn’t wait for this day. We got to come back to the Refinery at Perona Farms for Makenzie and Kevin's wedding! From the start, it was clear that nothing was going to stop Makenzie from having her first look outside — not even twenty degree weather. She toughed out the cold without hesitation, stepped outside to see Kevin, and instantly everything else disappeared. It was one of those moments that made it all completely worth it.

After the first look and creative portraits were wrapped up, Makenzie and Kevin fully settled into their day. They made the most of every chance to connect — hugging family, catching up with friends, and soaking in the fact that all of their favorite people were in one place, there to celebrate them.

And when it came time to party, they did it their way. They couldn’t end the night without carrying on a family tradition — napkins tied around heads, everyone singing along at the top of their lungs to Bruce Springsteen. The perfect ending to a day that had been so long in the making.
