Ohh where to begin. It feels like just last week Mark and Alicia walked through the door of my office and a few days later, they're married. Alicia and Mark are the kind of people that you can't not notice. And after getting to know them over the last year, I learned that they're also the kind of people that you can't not love! I gathered this from what I learned about them through the eyes of Instagram Stories, and the time I spent photographing them at Yankee Stadium, and the other time I photographed them for their Engagement session at the Art Factory. But on their wedding day I got to witness it at an extraordinary level. Alicia and Mark definitely went the non-traditional route and hosted their wedding at the Art Factory in Paterson NJ. It's a maze of vintage and aged textures, incredible depth, beautiful light and tons of space; basically a photographer's dream. We started off the day here where Alicia and Mark got ready for what would turn out to be an unforgettable day for everyone. Then we headed to Saint Philip the Apostle Parish for their beautiful ceremony where Alicia won the bet because Mark did in fact shed a few tears as soon as he saw his bride. Back to the Art Factory we went to get this party started, and what a party it was. Who else other than LJDJs for a crowd that parties this hard. Family and friends surrounded these two with an overwhelming abundance of love. Hugs, tears, laughs, dancing and of course the foundation of social gatherings, FOOD. All the essential elements necessary to live through and enjoy the best day of their lives.
