We had such an awesome time meeting up with Michaila and Paul for their session! Winter sessions can sometimes be a little tricky because the “perfect” scenario is either a day that barely feels like winter, or one with that perfectly soft, fluffy snow we all hope for. Somehow, we got incredibly lucky with both 🙂 The sun was out, the snow was untouched, and we had a couple that was way tougher than we were. You definitely can’t tell from the photos, but behind the camera we were bundled up like we were trying to survive the ice age 😂🥶

Meanwhile, Michaila and Paul absolutely crushed it. They didn’t just brave the cold, they fully embraced it and made this session feel effortless.

What made this session even more meaningful is that this property has been in Paul’s family for generations. We can only imagine how many memories have been created here over the years, and it was really special getting to document a few more for them in a place that already holds so much history and meaning. We seriously can’t wait for the wedding day 🙂
